During the first part of the day we will explore the anatomy of the deeper structures within the brain, paying particular attention to the blood circulation. We will review and expand both our visual and kinesthetic knowledge as a way to enhance our abilities in our session work. The second part of the day will include a more perceptual and experiential component about how we witness the body-mind spheres and field phenomena. We will explore the following questions: In which ways do each of these aspects coexist? How can we perceive a way for the realms of our body-mind and field phenomena to come forward and create a relationship centred around our health and well-being? And what do we need as practitioners to facilitate these relationships and connections? The day will include ample time for table work.
