These weekend seminars are organised on a regular basis and designed for people interested in gaining first-hand experience of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and our teaching approaches before entering into a full professional training programme. They are open to all.
During these weekends we will cover some of the fundamental principles of Craniosacral Therapy. We will look at the different aspects of the 'Primary Respiratory System', learn to develop sensitivity to the subtle rhythmic movements of the body and learn some principles of treatment. The emphasis will be on practical sessions.
